Should you try it? Yes or No
The staff was warm and cute, easing my worries about lost luggage. The cozy terrace provided lovely views, made my mornings special!
While the location was good, the mattresses were quite uncomfortable, leading to restless nights.

In the heart of the city, all the sights are at hand.
Breakfast for 7€ could have been better. For Florence, it may not have been very expensive, quality was not right for the price. room is rather dirty.

My room was very spacious and we had a balcony with a view to the Duomo and Basilica di San Lorenzo. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast is diverse. The view from the breakfast room is one of the best things of this hotel. Free Wi-fi. The hotel is very central: 5 min walk to accademia and 9 min walk to Duomo. Good price for quality.

The location was excellent. It was within walking distance to many of the city attractions and to the Hop On Hop Off bus. Also the air conditioning worked very well and there was an elevator that started on the ground floor so that you didn't have to carry the luggage up any steps.

Tiny but functional rooms. Great water pressure in the shower, gets the job done.
Can barely fit a carry-on. A/C struggles to cool the room during heat waves. Breakfast variety disappointing, lacking essential items. Location not as close to main attractions as expected, involved a fair amount of walking, especially from the train station. Furniture appears outdated and not well-maintained, with drawers that wouldn't close properly.

The staff were great about telling me how to get around to the places I wanted to see. Also, the view from the rooftop terrace where we had breakfast was amazing. It was very well located near the duomo and only 2 blocks from the David museum.
The room was spare feeling, and the bathroom tiny.

Location was excellent, 200m from Galleria dell'Accademia (Michelangelo's statue of David) and walking distance to other main attractions. 24hr reception and very safe area. Large size room with decent bathroom & great view from the top floor.
Parking was 20€/day and 1km away. Sewerage odour in room occasionally.

I stayed in the Double Room with View for 2 nights. The room was spacious and had super comfy beds. The view from our room was amazing, especially the direct sight of the Duomo! The air conditioning worked well, a must in July. And a clean bathroom was a nice bonus, with good water pressure in the shower.

We liked the helpfulness of the staff and the wonderful view from our room. The free breakfast was really nice.
In the shower room there was mold on the ceiling.

The location is convenient, just a short stroll from major attractions and a nearby grocery store. The views from the room and the terrace are fine. The air conditioning struggled during the heat, and the breakfast lacked variety, leaving me wanting more each morning. A good spot with great potential, but some areas need improvement.

It's close to Galleria della Academia (about 3 minute walk) and just a 7 minute walk to the dome. It's also pretty close to Esselunga supermarket which offers great prices. The staff were really friendly, the room was very clean and they explained upfront what economy room means: no breakfast and cleaning only before check in and after checkout, but considering it was somewhat cheaper, it was totally worth it from my point of view. However, for those who want a lovely view of the dome, they should know that the breakfast is served from the terrace on the 4th floor.
